1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ASAS ENTERPRISES handles information entered or generated when you use the ASAS ENTERPRISES Android application.
2. Information Entered in the Enquiry Form
The application contains a structured enquiry form. The fields are:
Required fields:
- Name: used to identify the person preparing the enquiry.
- Email address: used as contact information within the enquiry record and validated for a basic email format.
- Phone number: used as contact information within the enquiry record.
- Destination / City: used to record where the requirement is intended.
- Product / Service: used to identify what the user is requesting.
Optional fields:
- Company / Organisation: used to associate the request with a business or organisation when supplied.
- Quantity: used to record an optional required quantity.
- Additional requirements / Notes: used to record optional specifications or instructions.
3. Saved Products and Request History
The app allows users to save product-category identifiers and to keep completed enquiry records in Request History. These features are stored on the device so the user can review them later.
4. Storage and Transmission
This build does not include a backend server, remote database, Firebase, authentication system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, payment system, or remote API for submitting structured enquiries. Enquiry records and saved-product identifiers remain on the user's device and are not automatically transmitted to ASAS ENTERPRISES or another server.
5. Retention and Deletion
Enquiry records remain on the device until the user deletes an individual record, uses the clear-history option in the app, clears application data, or uninstalls the app. Saved-product identifiers remain until the item is unsaved, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
6. Contact Us and Email Action
The Contact Us screen displays dev@asasenterprises.online and can open an installed email application addressed to that email for general company, support, or privacy questions. The app does not claim to send email directly by itself. The structured enquiry form does not use email, WhatsApp, SMS, or a share sheet to submit request details.
7. Device Permissions and Access
The application does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, media-library, or storage permissions. Core catalogue images are bundled with the app.
8. Payments and Sensitive Information
The application does not process payments and does not ask for or store card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, card PINs, passwords, authentication tokens, identity documents, or online-banking credentials.
9. Third-Party Services
No analytics, advertising, authentication, Firebase service, remote API, or tracking SDK is implemented in this build. An external email application may be opened only when the user chooses the email action from Contact Us.
10. Catalogue Information
The catalogue is presentation content intended to support business browsing and enquiry preparation. The application does not claim that the listed presentation categories are verified live inventory and intentionally omits unverified pricing.
11. Children's Privacy
The application is a general business catalogue and enquiry tool and is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.
12. Security
Reasonable app-level measures are used to limit unnecessary data access, but no device-based storage system can be described as completely secure. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in optional notes.
13. User Choices
Users can choose whether to save or unsave products, can delete individual enquiry records, and can clear request history. Users can also clear app data or uninstall the application to remove locally retained app information.
14. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality, data handling, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
